ROLE DESCRIPTIONMaria Melnik - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Telemarketer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency. Work with a team of professionals to establish and meet marketing goals
- Develop leads, identify needs and schedule appointments for Insurance Account Representatives.
- Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
- Work alongside your agency’s team to ensure successful long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred.
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred.
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
